Our top priority at TrailNorth Federal Credit Union is the safety and well-being of our members and employees. As prior communication indicated, we have been closely monitoring the latest developments concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the National, Regional, State, Federal and Local Authorities.
Due to Essex County's state of emergency declaration, the first confirmed case in the county and news of local school and restaurant closings, we have made the tough decision to close our branches to in-person business only, effective, March 18th. Drive-thru service is available. This means that our lobbies in all three branches are closed to the public. We are still open during regular business hours via our drive-thru at all three branch locations and by telephone.
Carefully read the below information regarding our daily operations as we have developed a plan to ensure that you can continue to access cash, our products and services as well as the TrailNorth team should you need assistance.
Accessible at our Drive-Thru, during normal business hours, members may:
- make deposits
- withdrawals
- cash checks
- make loan payments
- request money orders or certified checks
- participate in shared branching transactions
If you are unsure whether your transaction can be processed through the drive-thru, please call ahead.
Please note: Our Ticonderoga branch ATM will be closed during regular business hours so members can SAFELY access our drive-thru services.
