Our branches will be closing early at 1pm on December 24th and will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th, in observance the Christmas Holiday.

Dear Members,

We are excited to begin to re-open our branch lobbies on, June 1st.  We have taken several actions to protect the health and well-being of our staff and members to control the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) following the mandates of the Governor and guidance of the CDC and local public health authorities. Your branch experience will look different as we navigate this dynamic situation. We will continue to make proactive decisions to offer a safe environment for members and staff to conduct financial transactions.

Please continue to utilize the drive-thru or our digital banking services whenever possible.

Enhanced cleaning measures: We have developed an enhanced protocol for cleaning of our facilities, ATM’s electronics, and soft surfaces. 

Additional precautions: We have installed plexiglass on all member-facing stations.  Before the beginning of every shift, all employees will complete a pre-check, including safety precautions, such as taking their temperature to ensure they are ready and able to work. TrailNorth employees will wear facial coverings and continue to wash their hands frequently, with the option to wear gloves as well. Additionally, we have installed a number of hand sanitizing stations throughout our branches.

Safety Protocols: We respectfully request members follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering when visiting our branches. We may ask members to briefly remove their facial covering for identification purposes.

Drive-thru: Since March 18th, TrailNorth branches have been serving members at the drive-thru. We encourage members to continue to utilize the drive-thru when possible to help us limit the number of people within our lobby.
