Our top priority at TrailNorth Federal Credit Union is the safety and well-being of our members and employees. Earlier in the week, due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak in Elizabethtown, we closed our lobby in the Elizabethtown branch. We have monitored our additional branch lobby traffic closely, and after thoughtful consideration, we have decided to close ALL three of our lobbies to the public. We feel this is the best way to continue to provide services to our members and help stop the community spread.
Starting Monday, August 31st ALL TrailNorth branch lobbies will be closed and we will serve members at the drive-thru and with technology only.
We appreciate your patience and understanding under these circumstances. We will continue to update you on the status of our lobbies.
As always, members can save a trip to a branch by using digital banking or giving us a call at (518) 585-6725. You can also apply for a loan online and sign your loan documents electronically. Some in-person accommodations may be made by contacting the branch.
